I have been with them for one of my clients since early in the summer, their service has been atrocious, both the technical team and the billing team are near useless (send a question and they respond by moving your account…).

The technical team was telling me to reset the passwords on some email redirections that did not work! On two occasions, by two different people.

Anyway, thanks for the tip about the cloud sites, it seemed like a tempting solution, on paper it sounds great (nginx, scalability like on a VPS, etc. really good for mid-size ventures) but if it does not work well with WP it’s not for everyone!

It may be a little late, but I found this solution:

<a>/author/<?php echo get_the_author_meta('user_nicename', $author_id)?>/?post_type=product">

The key is to add “/?post_type=product” at the end of a regular URL for WP author listsings and you will get all the wooCommerce products entered by the person.
