In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to disable buy button on specific product pages?Hi @hemant-ahir,
Thank you for the code. But after rethinking this, it would be more practical to simply add those pages as exceptions in my Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP plugin settings. Their plugin does not currently have an option to exclude individual pages, so I just requested it on their support site.
Thank you so much! I just posted a 5-star review. A few months ago, I replaced the Captcha on my contact page with your plugin, and that stopped the spam messages I was receiving. Thanks again!

In reply to: [Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP] Google Console errors- how to fix?Hi @magazine3,
Thank you for your help. The Missing field “hasMerchantReturnPolicy” (in “offers”) is now fixed.
However, I was unable to fix this one:
Missing field “shippingDetails” (in “offers”)
The schema I entered for that is not showing up in the page source code. Can you please help me figure out why?
Here is the screenshot of what I entered:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to remove schema?Sorry, I forgot to mark this issue as resolved when I last replied. I think the Schema plugin will fix the Google Console errors, and I already reached out to them on their support forum.
Okay, thank you. I already have that version, so I will open a new topic for my issue.
Hi @magazine3,
Thank you for the info. Per the GitHub link, the fix was completed about 3 weeks ago. Do you know when it might be implemented in the plugin?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to remove schema?Hi @ihereira,
Per your suggestion, I installed the Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP plugin. I checked the compatibility boxes for both WooCommerce and Yoast. I also checked the box for Defragment Schema Markup which outputs all schema on one line. Nice plugin, definitely a keeper!
Although it did not fix the Google Console errors, the plugin developers are aware of them and are currently working on a fix. Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to remove schema?Hi @anastas10s,
Yoast is installed, but I disabled the schema it was adding.
Anyway, long story. It began with receiving these errors from Google:
Missing field “shippingDetails” (in “offers”)
Missing field “hasMerchantReturnPolicyTo get rid of those errors, I added schema for them via a plugin, but that did not fix it. Then I discovered that Yoast was also adding schema, so I disabled that to avoid conflict. Still, the Google errors remained. Then I noticed in the page source code another line containing schema (is it from WooCommerce?).
My short-term goal is to get rid of those Google errors to avoid a lower page rank. My long-term goal is to have schema on the site without getting those errors. Unfortunately, Yoast does not yet support the two missing schemas mentioned above, otherwise, there would be no issue.
My next thought was to remove schema from the site entirely, so that Google does not look for missing schema.
Obviously, I don’t know what I’m doing and am probably going about this all wrong. I should probably just ignore the errors and wait for Yoast to update their plugin. What do you think?
Hi @gripgrip,
Perfect! Thank you for your fast reply!
Hi @brandonco,
FYI, you accidently replied to me (@dave8441) instead of to @idunowinks. No worries though. ??
Hi?@wfjanet,
Chrome is my default browser, so I tried it in MS Edge and the same thing happens. It did not happen right away… I had to hit the Page Down key over 20 times to make it happen. Since it happens in both browsers, maybe there is a plugin conflict? I can troubleshoot that sometime, but I don’t have time right now and it is a low-priority item on my to-do list. ??
