Hi Jess,
To fix this, you’ll have to reconnect your Blubrry account with PowerPress. To do so, log in to your site and click PowerPress. This will take you to your PowerPress Settings.
You’ll see a message saying?Connected to Blubrry; click the link under it that says?Blubrry Hosting Settings.?A box will pop up and you need to click?Unlink Account?and?OK, then refresh the page. You’ll now see?Let’s Connect?as an option. Click that and reauthorize your Blubrry account and select your show.
That should fix you right up.
Can you contact us directly to beta-test the next version of PowerPress before we make it live? We want to ensure that it solves the issue you’re having.

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] Malicious code in revisionThis code was submitted by a compromised account and was reversed and removed right away. Thank you.
I would recommend redirecting https://partyfavorz.com/category/club-fusion/feed/ to https://partyfavorz.com/category/club-fusion/feed/podcast/ and that should fix the problem.
Hi Keith,
The RSS feed for that podcast looks to be https://partyfavorz.com/category/club-fusion/feed/ but if I put that in my browser it redirects to https://partyfavorz.com. Can you check to make sure you don’t have a redirect set up by accident? I think that could be part of the issue – SBE goes to pull in the info for your feed, but it gets redirected to the website home page and fails.
Regarding the embedded form and icon, can you be more specific? It’s possible we overlooked something in a design and need to update it.
This is a bug that we just discovered yesterday. We’ll have a fix out ASAP. Thanks for checking on that!
Try this link. It looks like there was a space at the end of the URL Shawn provided previously. https://blubrry.com/support/powerpress-documentation/diagnosing-feed-andor-player-issues-with-powerpress/

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] how to add emailadress to rss feedAre you looking in the PowerPress plugin settings? The settings you’re mentioning aren’t in PowerPress, those look like options for tagging an MP3.

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] how to add emailadress to rss feedHello. You’re actually looking in the right place, under PowerPress > Settings > Feeds > Feed Settings. Look for the Author Email header.
Hi there. Have you been creating podcast episodes on pages? Pages are meant to be static, so they wouldn’t be added to your podcast RSS feed. We did remove that functionality to avoid confusion with many people who tried using pages and didn’t see their episodes syndicated. Posts or custom post types should be used for podcast episodes.

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] Interface is a mess, no cptHi Marek,
While PowerPress doesn’t use a Custom Post Type by default, it is possible to use one if you refer to our documentation.
If you have feedback regarding the interface, we’d love to hear it so we can continually improve the plugin.

The cover artwork looks fine compared to other shows – they all have that “padding” around them if you look at other shows.
I believe the Apple Insider show may have some special settings that allow it to be displayed like that. Obviously, with iOS 17 just rolling out, we’ll be looking to see what new tags are being used and update accordingly.
As for the episode-level artwork, I don’t see it showing up in Apple Podcasts when compared to other podcasts. Are you sure it’s set in the correct area of your post? Remember that this image isn’t the Featured Image, but set in the Episode Image field under your media URL.

Ken,
I don’t believe that this is related to the vulnerability issue, but we’ll look into it.
