This is the image address I’m seeing for Elevenses:
https://white-book-podcast.thewhitebookpodc.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Elevensies_itunes-1.jpg?879990Double-check that you have the correct address for the image. Do the same with the other feeds.
Hey @dapperdan75,
You can find that setting under the “Website” tab, then scroll down to “Subscribe Page”.

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] TuneIn not displayingTerence,
It looks to me like the links on the page you referenced were manually added and not using the Subscribe widget or shortcode from PowerPress. Here’s how to enable that on your site: https://create.blubrry.com/resources/powerpress/advanced-tools-and-options/powerpress-subscribe-shortcode/
If you’re missing any links after you enable the Subscribe widget/embed, go into your PowerPress settings > Website tab and scroll to toward the bottom of the page. You’ll see an area called “Subscribe Links” which is where you’ll want to tick all of the options you want displayed.
Save your settings and that should get you going.
Spotify can take quite some time to update artwork. Google Podcasts may hold on to it until the next time it pulls your feed. Our standard estimate is anywhere from 24-48 hours for all aggregates to update, but that’s not a guarantee.
In order for the files to be visible in the feed, they should be set to Public.
Can you supply the RSS feed you’re referring to?In order for the episodes to be live in your feed, they must be set to Published.
First, as a side note, I would not use feedvalidator.org. It’s very out of date.
When I run your RSS feed through CastFeedValidator.com, without the ‘www’ it registers fine. See the results here: https://castfeedvalidator.com/?url=https://michaelbader.com/feed/podcastDouble-check the options in the Episodes tab of your PowerPress settings. There’s a good chance that the option for the iTunes Episode Image Field has been unticked.
Michael,
I pulled up your Blubrry account and I’m seeing that the incorrect Apple listing is showing there as well. Double-check your settings in PowerPress, as well as in the Listing Settings of the Podcaster Dashboard at Blubrry.com.
The ID and string of numbers at the end of the Apple listing URL make it a unique listing, so the name doesn’t matter and isn’t causing any confusion.
You’ll need at least one episode in your feed. If you do have an episode, can you reply with the RSS feed you’re trying to add? I can look into it and, if need be, have you submit a Support ticket so I can manually add the show to your account.

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] Episode cut short in iTunesThis is not an issue with PowerPress, but a feature inside of the iTunes software, as well as the Apple Podcasts directory. It seems they are rounding the times. I’m seeing this in my own Apple Podcasts listing. Are you finding that the actual audio is cut short or just the time displayed on their end?
This is typically due to the browser you are using. The best solution is to right-click and select “Save As” to download it directly to your computer.

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] Editing Tag in Podcast FeedThis setting is under the Feeds tab. If you scroll down until you get to Feed Settings in that tab, you’ll be able to add your description.
Hope that helps and gets you going.
