Yes, indeed there are a bunch of steps and gotchas, but I too had it running as expected until it stopped with the curl error quoted by the other users above. I think that jaboutboul might have the answer, but he is not posting it as promised:-(

I would not be surprised if you ran into it eventually, but I hope you don’t! It seems to be related to shared hosting. Oh well, I’m integrating everything manually with Eventbrite and this is not very difficult.

Still broken for me. Deactivated all plugins except Events Calendar and Eventbrite Integration. Category name is Events.

Any update here? I see a lot of questions but zero response. I don’t believe that the issue is lack of curl for me – event though that is the error – because it was working before. Can we get some action or at least a statement that it isn’t working and you’re addressing it? Thanks, it’s a great feature when it does work.

sierrajoe – this has just started happening to me with the arras theme. I’m not able to get it to use the custom theme at all even if I put it in the arras directory.

I can select it in the page editing interface but it will not use the selected theme.

I’m going to go see what I can find on the arras site.
