In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Messenger box: make it smaller (or give options)It’s this site: https://www.parelskumpen.be/
I added style (just 1 rule as a test) in the footer.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Messenger box: make it smaller (or give options)Hi @julieskyverge,
I tried it with adding css, even via the !important; tag.
Added via the customizer, straight in the footer, etc
But no change…So it’s easier said then being done…
Although i know my way in css; i still can’t seem to find how i can style-tweak the FB-part. Is it even possible, as it’s loaded via js.
Can you help me out here how to add css?
Of some links to manuals?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Failed Orders – Fake InformationOne of our clients had 3 spam orders.
Just to find out some general relation here: where is the site hosted?
Our case is hosted on Siteground; i’ve read in this thread Siteground a few times.Did it happen on other hosting platforms? (just curious)

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Messenger box: make it smaller (or give options)@julieskyverge thanks for the reply. I can’t open the attached screenshot, the image isn’t loaded anymore…
Alright, now it works.
What has been done here?
Something i must check in the future (cause i probably will suggest Mailpoet more & more instead of MailChimp)Getting nuts here about the blurry notifications.
We got the verification mail from Mailpoet: Sending with Mailpoet works! But still: the same notifcation under settings:
Note: your account is pending approval by MailPoet.
Rest assured, this only takes just a couple of hours. Until then, you can still send email previews to yourself. Any active automatic emails, like Welcome Emails, will be paused.—-
Trying to send preview mails; this notification:
The email could not be sent due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The email could not be sent: The MailPoet Sending Service has stopped sending your emails for one of the following reasons:You may have reached the subscriber limit of your plan. Manage your subscriptions.
You may have had a poor deliverability rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.Check your sending method settings.
You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.

Trying to send the mail
Send button is not clickable, and we have this notification:
You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails. In my opinion: everything is set up okay. Even authorised mails, ect.
Really strange here…Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Exception on product level for tax includedHi, sorry for the late reply.
I explain: it’s a shop about house construction products. The price of our product is dependant if their house is older then 10 years of not. That’s a variation in our product.
For new houses: a VAT of 21% is applicable; for house > 10 year, then it’s 6% VAT.So, for this product only: we want to enter prices without tax; so we can easier make those VAT calculations.
Right now: every price is entered without tax. So, the only option right now to make it work; is to create a variable product; and on variation-level we can change the tax class. But that’s not a admin-friendly workflow: lot’s of variations and lot’s of counting.
Same here, we are waiting for 1 week…
Hello Mailpoet… can you help us out here?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook Page not Eligible@benjaminskyverge for this case, we solved it yesterday. Via the client’s FB account, it was able to run throught the wizard. But the other 2 – both admin- was not able. So, hope you can do something with that information in further investigation. Apperantly, not every admin get’s same treatment in FB.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook Page not EligibleI can confirm i have the same issues. I’m admin, both on personal of via partnership to the FB page; still we get ‘Not eligible’ trying to connect with the plugin.
Rather frustrated here, cause of the total lack of proper notification and support docs. We clearly do have admin access to all FB stuff: page, pixel, ad account, catalog….

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Extra notification for stagingHey, it’s not an issue of the plugin. It’s our fault.
But since Skyverge recently toke it over; and someone close at WooCommerce bumped me to mention the case i’ve had.The idea could be:
An extra notification/warning when the website(staging) is build under a subdomain or domainfolder.Anyway: it’s on our staging checklist the even delete that plugin on staging.
Thanks
