That didn’t work. I’m using a 3 year old iPad, which is probably not the best thing for this kind of thing. But earlier today I tried it on a laptop and the same thing happened.
I have a feeling I’m doing something wrong with the picture. I see a couple of ways to insert a photo, and I’ve tried both. The first is using the icon at the top, which allows me to access my photos from my iPad. The second is by using a “Featured Photo”. Neither works on the iPad or laptop.
The only other thing that looks related is the format option. I’ve tried Standard and Image, and again, neither have worked.
