In reply to: Changing background and font colour on only one pageAh, that’s a step in the right direction! Thanks.
I realise where I was going wrong – I was putting the CSS in the wrong place.Anyway, there are a few lines of text that remain grey instead of red at that page. Could you please advise how I change the colour of the text that is now grey?
Thanks again for your help.

In reply to: [Booster for WooCommerce] Currencies & EFT invoice issuesHi Rokas,
Thanks for your advice.
Regarding issues 1 & 3 – all fixed. For some reason, the PDF invoice template no longer had the bank account details in it. I added them back in and it’s now working fine.
Regarding issue 2. The country groups were no longer there, but I was able to regenerate them. I then had issues updating the currency exchange rates (I kept getting error 503), but I then enabled cURL instead, and it worked.
All issues fixed.
Thanks for your fast help!
DavidAh, thanks for that! I missed it at the bottom of the settings page. As it turns out, whenever the page is loaded, Safari’s password manager kicks in and automatically enters the wrong passwords into the IAM credentials fields. The plugin then detects that a change has been made, and greys out the bulk update button. This even happens after pressing the save button, because each time the page loads, the Safari password thing auto-fills the credentials.
The solution (for any Safari users) is to go to Safari preferences > Passwords > enter your password > untick “AutoFill user names and passwords”.
Then refresh the plugin settings page and the bulk update button will become clickable (assuming no other changes have been made to the page).
Thanks for the tip-off! ??

In reply to: [Booster for WooCommerce] Product tabs mobile themeAny chance of a response please?
I paid specifically for Booster Plus, thinking that support would be available. I emailed you guys back on the 8th November, and didn’t get a response to that email. I then posted this forum post, and still haven’t got a response.
I paid specifically for support, as listed on your website. Why aren’t I receiving it?

In reply to: User issues with logging in and resetting passwordsYep, seems to be working fine. Marking this as resolved now.
Thanks again to you both. ??

In reply to: User issues with logging in and resetting passwordsSorry for the slow reply…
The WordPress Password Policy Manager plugin came from the Plugins Directory… I’m not sure why you can’t find it…
That said, I did disable that plugin shortly after I made this post. I also did a few other things that I can’t really remember.
I haven’t had any complaints since, and I’ve had a few dozen sales, so I assume it’s now working fine. I’ll leave this topic not marked as resolved for the time being just in case the issue returns. I will mark it as resolved in a week or so.
Thanks for both your suggestions. ??

In reply to: Security From HackersI can recommend WordFence. It does the same as what jonradio described with fail2ban (and a whole lot more)…
FYI, I managed to resolve this issue by resolving a separate issue I was having with PayPal.
Simply put, I created an entirely new PayPal account. Doing so resolved the issue discussed here, and the other issue I was having.Further details on page three, here (my username there is DavidHunter66).
Hope this helps…
