Hi,
I am using latest version and I had already checked for conflicting plugins without success, however the problem seems to have corrected itself. Much as I would like to say that I solved the problem that is not the case as I have made no changes to the site.
Thanks for coming back to me but we can treat this as resolved now.
OK, thanks, I rather anticipated your response.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Brute Force CaptchaThank you for your prompt reply. I have solved my problem. I use a password manager to log in and despite my manually checking the Captcha box the automatic login ignored this. I have disabled the automatic log in and everything works like a charm. Great plugin.
Regards
You might be interested, although I doubt it from the tone of your previous replies, that I restored my website from a backup point of a few days ago and that normal loading has returned. It would appear that the slow loading was a symptom of some other undetermined problem, perhaps server side, or due to a plugin update as I had not touched the site for some time.
PS My images are optimised.Strange reply!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Update breaks WP admin CSSHi, I uninstalled and re-installed. I clicked the set up button and the plugin activated but I get a message saying that the content was blocked. The Jetpack dashboard and settings only display the wordpress logo.
Sorted! Nothing to do with plugin.
Hi,
I’ve done a quick check on drag and drop demo sites and approximately half work when using Edge. However all of them work in Firefox. As far as I am concerned the problem is solved (use Firefox or touchpad) and I really don’t want to spend any more time on this issue. This is the first time in 6 or 7 years that this issue has arisen, probably been lucky!
Many thanks for your help and if you do pursue the issue I would of course be interested in the outcome.Hi,
Same result in incognito window of Edge browser. I would confirm that all works fine in Firefox but that in Chrome I have the same problem. My computer is a touch screen Sony VAIO model SVD1321M2EB. For all my work I use a stylus (including drag and drop) without any problems. As a further test I tried using the touchpad (which I never normally use) and to my surprise this worked normally both in Edge and Chrome for the Album manager!
I checked the drag and drop in the add gallery/images tab and this functioned normally with my stylus.
So to resume drag and drop in Album manager in Edge or Chrome with a stylus does not work for me.Hi,
Win10 OS build 19041.1110
Edge 92.0.90255 64bit
Both fully up to date.
Given your reply I rapidly tested in Firefox and the drag and drop seems to work (not fully tested)! Looks like a browser problem. I’ll test more fully and come back if there is a problem.Further to my previous message I tried to update the album and got the following error message:

Difficulties can make us stronger but one needs to choose one’s battles and this is one I prefer not to engage! One way or another I’ll win the war;)
Thank you for your rapid response. I am using a responsive theme with a single column. As far as I can see everything is defined in terms of 100%. ‘Playing with the container….’ is a step too far for my limited competence unfortunately, although I fully understand your logic.
Just checked with Firefox and the problem disappears. Looks like there is a problem with the browser rendering in Edge/Chrome. Any chance of a fix?
