Thank you very much. We’ll contact the support team when possible to try and see if we can produce something like this now somehow, thanks.
Thank you, @shubham0095. I’ll contact them when I get the opportunity, thanks. Is this something that is possible or do I need to get in touch with the Pro support desk to confirm?

Hello @thetechxpert,
Yes, that was the cache I mentioned we tried clearing, and unfortunately it didn’t work. Right now we needed to revert our version of Elementor on the page as we couldn’t have the site with the styling broken but otherwise, when we update the plugin, the buttons on the homepage end up looking like this:
We need the style to stay the same after update and the thing is that the other pages on the side, the Disclaimer and Privacy Notice, do stay the same. It’s just the homepage where the style breaks.
Hello @thetechxpert,
On both pages, I needed to use custom CSS code to force the text to change to what is set by the editor. I have needed to use the following:
.elementor-widget-text-editor { color: #000000; font-family: "Montserrat", Sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400; margin-bottom: 20px; } .elementor-heading-title { color: #000000!important; font-family: "Libre Baskerville", Sans-serif!important; font-weight: 400!important; }
Otherwise, the page looks like this:
As you can see, it reverts to the default fonts and text sizes for Astra instead of using the ones set by Elementor on those pages. That is the issue we are having.
Thanks @thetechxpert . The cache was the first thing I checked, but it didn’t make any difference. Regenerating CSS and trying another print method had no effect either. I also tried deactivating and reactivating the plugins and the site already uses a default WordPress theme and there was no luck there. Is there anything else that it could be?
Hello @thetechxpert . Thanks for getting back to me about this. These are the pages with the issue:

https://pullinesq.com/disclaimer/The list of plugins on the site is as follows:
Active Plugins
Classic Editor – 1.6.3 By WordPress Contributors
Duplicate Page – 4.5.2 By mndpsingh287
Elementor – 3.15.0 By Elementor.com
Elementor Header & Footer Builder – 1.6.15 By Brainstorm Force, Nikhil Chavan

WP Disable Automatic Updates – 1.1 By Daniele De Rosa
WPvivid Backup Plugin – 0.9.88 By WPvivid Team
Must-Use Plugins
Object Cache Pro (MU) – 1.18.2 By
Rhubarb Group System Plugin – 4.79.1
There aren’t any write permission conflicts on ‘wp-contents/uploads’ that I can see.
Thank you. I’m trying to get in touch with my contact to check if there are firewall settings on GoDaddy that might be causing this. Have you seen other problem of styling and layouts breaking? Does this only need going into the page builder and resaving to fix?
After some work, I’ve identified what is causing the problem with the 403 error on saving on the site I linked and the others. On those pages that are experiencing 403 errors, there are Zoho forms embedded on them using code pasted in Custom HTML widgets. If they are removed or on pages that don’t have them, the pages save fine.
The forms were added in and published just fine when the pages were first created. I don’t know why Elementor would suddenly have an issue with them now. These forms are essential and need to be there.
I tried deactivating Wordfence and Sucuri but there was no change. I also tried whitelisting the actions but they don’t show on the plugin logs and general whitelisting doesn’t work. I’m contacting GoDaddy to try and check if they have a firewall on their end that might be blocking Elementor.
Are there any other possibilities for why this might be happening? Please let us know if there are any other solutions we can try, thanks.

I’ve tried disabling plugins, including the security ones, and the error persisted. There isn’t any logs that could indicate the security plugins are blocking Elementor. Could GoDaddy be blocking changes on their end? If so why is it only happening on some sites and not others?
Do you have any idea what might be happening?

I’ve just checked other sites and they are also experiencing the same ‘Server Error (403 Forbidden)’ message only when editing the homepage, but they are still on 3.14.1. The ones that didn’t work are on GoDaddy hosting, but some of them save just fine. The ones that work are essentially modified clones of each other but I’m not sure why they would work but others, including ones made more recently, wouldn’t.
Here is system info from the site that I linked. Let me know if this helps, thanks.

Hello. I’ve tried this on my end. I don’t know about bellinzonialberto2, but it’s not working for us. We use GoDaddy hosting, so I’ve been able to clear out the server cache and there are no cache plugins on our site.
I don’t think it’s a caching problem for us as text changes appear when made in Elementor, but heading styling doesn’t carry across from the page builder to the live site, and for some reason it only happens on non-front page pages.- This reply was modified 1 year, 8 months ago by davidblackballdesign.
Yeah, I have been having the exact same issue. The homepage is fine but the headings on another page are not taking on the style being added in Elementor. Instead, they are displaying as default style, either from Elementor or from Astra theme.
I’ve worked around it using custom CSS styling but I’ve been trying to get more information about this from support. I’ve tried everything from turning off all plugins, clearing the cache, regenerating CSS to changing themes. The headings still stay the default style and won’t change from the changes in the page builder.
I’ve tried to check this, but I can’t locate the option. We’re on a GoDaddy server. Also, for some reason, the problem is limited only to one website. All the other sites have Elementor updated and don’t have the same problem of reverting to default settings. Is there anything else that we can try or check?
I tried deactivating Improved CSS in the Experiments and Features section. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. It still uses the defaults for text and headings unless I override them with custom CSS. Even if I turn off Use Elementor Defaults, it just then defaults to the theme defaults, in my case Astra theme.
