@bruberries
Thank you. My website/email host would like to know the email address that MailPoet is trying to send the authorization email from so that they can whitelist that email address. Can you share that with me please?Much thanks!
Finally, something meaningful that helps. Thank you, very much.
Now I have something concrete I can take to my webhost.
This is not resolved. You did NOT ask me to reach out to you via email. You asked me to submit a ticket though a Premium account holder’s support system.
I’m not paying for you “service”. You can’t manage to send me an email, even though everybody else can, including MailerLite. I can’t imagine how BAD your service would be if you actually had my money.

I’m having what I think is a similar problem:
Mailpoet is not sending an email to [email protected] so that I can authorize this email address as my FROM address. How can this be fixed so that I get an email and then I can authorize this email address?
I’ve checked the SPAM folder,
and also checked the Default email under cPanel – Still no email from MailPoetEverybody else can send to this email address, including MailerLite, and half a dozen board game manufacturers.
Plus – MailPoet is being unresponsive

Nope nothing here.? I checked “both my inbox and spam folders”.? In fact, I checked every folder I have, and no I don’t have any filters set up.? I even went so far as to check every folder in the default email in cPanel setup by my webhost.
But you know what.? MailerLite’s?verification email arrived, and I’m all setup through them.? Why doesn’t your?verification email work, when everybody else’s email arrives just fine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I’m sure you’ll see that I’m also having trouble adjusting the font size in a list.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Twenty Twenty] reduce space between blocksHello,
I’m having the same problem. I put.m0 { margin-top: 0!important; margin-bottom: 0!important; }
in just like Miha said
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/reduce-space-between-blocks/#post-12238102
Then I inserted
.m0
in the Additional CSS classes into each and every block. there’s not that many. But no affect at all.Any more recent suggestions? Thank you
