At the top of the post list is “A note about support”. In that is a suggestion that one send a support request to “feedback at appticles.com”. Since this forum appears to be bordering on catatonic, I sent one and got a reply telling me that I did not have appticles installed. I am bolloxed! I thought this was a support forum for WP Mobile Pack!?!? What does this have to do with “appticles?” Support for WP Mobile Pack appears to be non existent.

Just don’t use Safari. Download Firefox for the Mac and use that for your WP editing tasks.

May be your ISP is caching older versions? Happened to me once…very strange. Odd tho that you can “see” them on one computer but not the other…

Thanx “moshu”. My only concern was that if someone copies and pastes the URL shown by the browser and it’s incorrect they are just going to get an error. I don’t know why Safari displays an incorrect URL for the feed…just another reason to “switch” I guess ??

Well this is getting interesting. If I hit the RSS link with Safari, the URL becomes
feed://www.naturalfoodworks.net/?feed=rss2
If I hit it with Firefox (V1 or V2) (on my Mac) I get
https://www.naturalfoodworks.net/?feed=rss2
but with an “error” :

“This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below…”

If I hit it with Firefox V2 in windoze it works fine. So this would seem to be a browser related issue…no?

PS OK: With Firefox V2, everything works on both peecee and Mac. Safari…not good! Not the first time I have found Safari and WP to be, well…not too friendly (the WP admin panel and Safari don’t play well at all!). IE7 shows the correct URL but also does not seem to “see” the CSS. Can’t try it with IE9 till tomorrow because I don’t have a peecee running expee (only W2K) and IE9 won’t work in W2K…..

I’m “getting it” from the URL displayed in the address window of the web browser when you click on the “RSS” icon. Even if I just type the URL:
https://www.naturalfoodworks.net/?feed=rss2
into a browser, it changes to
feed://www.naturalfoodworks.net/?feed=rss2
as soon as the page loads.

Nope…it’s a Safari problem. Safari and the WordPress admin panel do not play well together.

Cool. I really don’t know squat about this stuff so I just have to “feel my way along” when my wife asks me to do something with her blog. HTML I can do. PHP? CSS? Well let’s just say I manage to figure it out with the help of people who do know. So let me say thanx for the theme. We really wanted a 3 col. with a fluid center so this works really well for that. I am working on an “updated look which is what inspired this thread in the first place. We want to make it look more like a newspaper (my wife is a journalist with a bent for nutrition).

Anyway, my “editing” of both the CSS and the PHP code has been done with a simple text editor (Text Edit on Mac OSX) so if those lines got put there, I must have put them there.
I’m going to go ahead and mess with the tables thing. I think I’ve got a good enough grip at this point to get myself into enough trouble to make it necessary to ask some more questions ??

Dumbass simple I know but yes, my thought was to drop the image into a table cell along with the headers and articles adn then replace:

with the entire table.

Well I was actually hoping to “cheat” a bit on this one. If you look at the blog:

you can see that all of the menus are in the right hand sidebar. The left side only contains an image. This is where I wanted to drop the table.

Thanx…So I need to play with widths which I think I can manage without too much trouble. I want to bump the sidebar widths a bit anyway. But, as far as dropping in the html there’s no problem?

The template I’m using has fixed width sidebars and a fluid center col. So I thought I would make the table like 5px less than the col width…..
