i’m marking this topic as “not a support question” because the plugin doesn’t alter the way WordPress and the webserver send files back to the user

Hi, could you send me the .eps file you are trying to upload ?

I tried to add .eps to my own WordPress website:

And then i upload in the media library a file ( https://www.vectordoctor.com/originals/test%20file.eps ) without any problem:

perfect, we can consider “resolved” this issue.

how have you added the two file types to the list?
– .webm : selected from the list already present in the plugin backend page ?
– .ogv : added to the list using the custom section at the bottom of plugin’s backend page ?

– login to your wp backend
– expand “Settings” menu
– click on “Extra file types”
– select the types you want to use, or add something not already present (form fields at the bottom of the page)
– click “Save”

in any case, just released version 0.3.5 which adds support for:
– .pages
– .numbers
– .keynote

downlad and install it and you will have explicit control over those files

Hi, WordPress should allow “by default” those file types… is your WP blocking your uploads ?

yes, that extension has been already added

.notebook and .gallery extensions added

.mobi extension added in version 0.3.4

have you enabled the woff2 file type in the administration panel ?

what “mime type” have you inserted in the administration form when you have added the new file type ? Is there any test page you have and i can use to see what happens ?

What type of web server are you using (apache, nginx, iis) ?

Often “download” or “view” are related to server’s and/or browser’s configurations …

Have you selected both “Enable Auto Update for Plugins” and “Enable Auto Update for Themes” ?

I have noticed that WordPress sometimes delays updates’ installation.
