I think the link you provided me is related to the premium support for the plug-in because an order number is requested but I am only using the free version of the plug-in. Thanks for your advice. The “Summary Email Send Time” option without a correct value caused the issue. I think this is something which can be easily enhanced by the plug-in developers as it displayed the warning right after the activation and without having touched any setting I was thinking that was a compatibility problem.

Yes, I did. But there are some other features in Lay that are difficult to find in just one other wordpress theme. If is impossible to use the HTML editor on Lay I would go for another theme. But I just want to be sure of that.

Finally I’ve solved the issue with the log in! The problem was the default space limit set by the provider in the database. I had to increase the database space and in 48 hours I was able to log in again. Now there are no problems with posts and pages as well.

I don’t know what’s the reason for this default database space limit but in the end it worked!

I still can’t log in. Even without the possibility to add or edit posts, I would still like to access my dashboard.
This is a serious problem that WordPress needs to solve immediately.

I tried to add a new user through PHPMyAdmin but seems that I haven’t the permission to do that as well.

I’m not allowed to use the query INSERT.

Just tried, but unfortunately it did not work.
I still cannot log in and the website goes down frequently.
If I request a new password through my e-mail the panel does the same with the new password.

Any other suggestions?
