I already use Email Templates Add On (.org), and I’m using italian translation.
The email where I noted the issue is “Checkout – PayPal Express”.

And other thing, I edit from the plugin the template “Email Header” but inside “plugins/paid-memberships-pro/email/” the file header.html it’s the same before of my edit (I know that it’s english language, it’s only a my observation).
