Thank you!
Lisa,
I never had a test account, so I’m not sure what you were referring to. Only my payment gateway was in test mode.
This was fixed by Jason. Thanks!
I had someone purchase while in ‘live’ mode, but it stills shows up “undefined” in Stripe.
Lisa,
Thanks for the update. I’ll let you guys know if I notice any changes.
Thanks, Lisa. This was actually a different issue, but Jason fixed it in the latest update.
I’ve since removed my “test” account and I’m currently live. I did try creating an account with a coupon for $0, but then it doesn’t show an invoice. So no luck there.
I am using the latest version, but was previously using an older one when I was testing. I guess I’ll leave it for now and come back to you guys if any clients complain about it.
Thanks anyway.
Hi Lisa,
I wasn’t using a test account. I “purchased” a subscription plan, as well as had a few other co-workers do the same. All with the same results. The only “test” part of the story is with Stripe in test mode and using test keys. Jason said that shouldn’t matter, so at the end of the day, the invoices should show because to PMPro, they were actual membership/subscription accounts. Does that make sense?
Thanks for getting back to me on this!
Thanks; it’s not a huge deal right now, but perhaps you can try to replicate it on your end. I’d hate to pay and have it end up being a bug. ??
If you can’t replicate it on your end, no worries. I’ll try to make do.

In reply to: Comments are closed on Product Pages using Cart66Cody,
The issue you are having here is related to the theme. They’ve disabled the comments feature for the Product post type. You would need to modify the theme to enable discussion options. I’d suggest getting in touch with the theme developer if you aren’t sure how to do that.

In reply to: cart66 volume pricingDave,
Cart66 does not yet support volume pricing. We hope to have this option included in a future release.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] W3 Cache and Cart66 Fix?Timothy,
Cart66 does not officially support integration with any cache plugin due to various issues. However, you may be able to work around it as long as you are not using any widgets on your site by excluding the store pages. No guarantees on that though…
