Tania,
In Cart66’s Digital Product Settings area (from the screenshot I last shared), how did enter the absolute path to the “uploads” folder? The absolute path starts, in your case, with home3/…
FYI, I wouldn’t recommend sharing your absolute path to the public for security reasons. ??
In other words, public_html/wp-content/… is not the absolute path. You need to go to the very root (home3/…)
Refer to the “WARNING” screenshot you shared for the full path.

There’s no need to create a “shipping method” for download products. You will need to set the folder location for downloads in your Cart66 settings area: https://d.pr/i/xuzK

That’s okay. The checkout page is not going to be under Cart66’s settings area, but rather where all your other WordPress pages are located: https://d.pr/i/ViHB
Does that make sense?

You can find the checkout shortcode on the Checkout Page. Go to your pages in your Dashboard and locate the Checkout page.

[ Signature moderated. ]If the shipping form is not displaying, it is most likely a javascript, or CSS conflict issue with your theme or a plugin. You can troubleshoot to find the exact code error, or you might prefer using Mijireh Checkout and avoid the coding issues.
Scott,
This is most likely due to a conflict with other plugins, or your theme. Try deactivating all other plugins except Cart66 Lite and see if the problem persists. If it does, change your theme to the Twenty Eleven theme and check again.
If after that, you still have the same problem, I would suggest updating to Cart66 Lite 1.4.8.

Your checkout page is currently using the [checkout_mijireh] shortcode. You will need to change this to use the payment gateway of your choice. For example, PayPal Standard: [checkout_paypal]

This issue is likely a result of the Cart66 pages being either removed, trashed, or modified in their hierarchical structure. Please refer to this screenshot for the proper setup of Cart66 pages: https://d.pr/i/i96G Please also note, that should the page slugs (/store, /cart, etc.) be modified, Cart66 will not function properly. Lastly, all these pages must have a “Published” status, save the Mijireh Checkout page, which should be “Private.”
Del,
Which payment gateway are you using? Most likely you have the [checkout_mijireh] shortcode on your checkout page while your “Home Country” is not set to United States.
