Hola Pablo. Cuando hablamos de chat nos referimos a la ventana que contiene el CTA y emula el chat de WhatsApp. El retardo de chat es para definir el tiempo que tardaría en aparecer dicha ventana con el CTA. Ocultar el chat lo que hace es mostrar una notificación para que el usuario sepa que hay un mensaje (el CTA) y no mostrarlo de entrada, es un modo menos intrusivo. A ver si lo he explicado bien ?? Cualquier duda o consulta ya sabes. Un placer ayudar.

A día de hoy es imposible, WhatsApp no nos da esa opción. La API de WhatsApp es muy limitada y restringida en estos momentos, veremos que sucede en el futuro.
