I am wondering how I use quiz master as a survey tool and get stats about answers from different quiz takers, here are the options I selected:
Which system is this quiz graded on?
Correct/Incorrect Points Not Graded
Are the questions random? (Question Order will not apply if this is yes)
No Yes
Should we ask for user’s name?
Yes Require No
Should we ask for user’s business?
Yes Require No
Should we ask for user’s email?
Yes Require No
Should we ask for user’s phone number?
Yes Require No
Would you like a place for the user to enter comments?
Yes No
Send user email upon completion?
Yes No
Send admin email upon completion?
Yes No
What email should we send the admin email to?

That is the button which does not work, nothing happens, it just sits there and nothing happens. Something is obviously broken but I don’t know what.

buddha trance, I do not understand your suggestion. I am using Firefox browser. What is the switch link and in what window. I have 2.8.4 and maybe I don’t have that button

no error message, I click and nothing happens. This is with firefox. I will try the browsing uploader and report back.

When I try to insert pictures into a post I click the Add and Image button and then click the choose files to upload button and nothing happens, it just sits there. The button title changes color and that is it. I have the Atahualpa 3.4.4 theme. I can post pictures with web addresses but not from my computer hard drive.
