Thanks for getting back to me, I’ve emailed twice but haven’t heard anything back.
Currently, I’ve tried 4.2.2 and 4.2.1 so need some older versions to test. Currently I have to deactivate Agy when marking woocommerce orders complete each day and then reactivate it after.
Also can you confirm what Agy is doing on the backend? It shouldn’t be running at all on the Admin dashboard, only the front-facing website and shouldn’t be doing anything once the cookie has been saved. This is concerning.

Thanks Jose,
I’ve looked into /views/meta-boxes/atum-order/item.php and can manually update the code to include the Brand name but unfortunately there’s no webhook to take advantage of so I’ll have to manually make this change everytime the plugin is updated.
It would be great if a more elegant solution could be found.
Thanks for your help!
Hi Pavel,
When I switch the filter dropdown from “Show All” to “Inbound Stock” it increases from Out of Stock (26) to Out of Stock (174). There are 174 products in the store so loks like this is not behaving as expected.
Even still, wouldn’t your suggestion just remove the items we’re looking for, having the opposite effect to the original suggestion?
What are your thoughts on including the ability to sort the table by Inbound stock?
This is how it appears in a Purchase order, despite having 0 backorders, it says “Backordered: 1”
Hi Pevan,
I guess I just don’t understand why the product is showing as On Backorder (It is not on backorder, just out of stock). As the above screenshot shows, it has 0 backorders. It sounds like you’re saying ATUM is simply reading the status from WC so it must be an issue with how my WC is handling it. I don’t relaly know what to do so I’ll just give up on resolving the issue. Thank you for your time and help.

Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [ATUM WooCommerce Inventory Management and Stock Tracking] Multiple SuppliersAlso looking forward to this feature and would just like to add that for my business model, we have different suppliers who sell in different currencies so would helop us if each supplier could have a currency option.
Fantastic plugin, we’re trying to move all aspects of our inventory management and purchase orders to ATUM and look forward to seeing these! Good man Pavel!
Hi Pavel,
By tabs i mean the filters in Stock Central that you mentioned. I dont’ understand why the following product is showing in the On Backorder filter instead of Out of Stock as I’m unaware of any backorders for the product. Please see this screenshot:
Is there an advantage to hiding the product from the Out of Stock tab and only showing it in the On Backorder tab?
For my purposes, I would have expected the following:
Stock above 0 = In Stock
Stock at 0 = Out of Stock
Stock below 0 = On BackorderIf this isn’t a bug and is working as intended perhaps there would be a benefit in showing these products in both the On Backorder AND Out of Stock tabs?
Hi Pavel,
Thanks for the response.
I have a product which is out of stock and is available for backorder, should someone choose to order it.
In Stock Central, since I don’t have any backorders for this product, I would expect this to appear in the Out Of Stock tab but it is appearing in the On Backorder tab.
