have you been able to run any backups at all, or did you get this on the first try? can you give some details about your set up, like what type of server you’re running, etc.

In the settings of WordPress Backup to Dropbox on the left hand side of the your wordpress control console, check the box that says “Store backup in a subfolder of the wpb2d app folder”. Click save changes then a text box should appear to the right of that check box and you can type in the name of the folder you want the site to be saved in. In drop box, you will need to create a folder for each website first. Let me know if that works.

I just made a local server and installed WordPress on it. I’m able to get the plug-in to work. Here are my settings, let me know if you have the same and if it still doesn’t work. If not, what settings do you have?
Apache Port:8888
MySQL Port: 8889
PHP 5.4.4
Cache: XCache-David
