I have the same issue regarding the second set of feature boxes.

I would also like to change the color of the main panel (which is currently blue), but do not see an option for that.

Are these changes possible?

Thank you. That worded perfectly. I will play with the height value but it looks like 250 may be good. I also need to replace some of the images but this coded did exactly what I was hoping.

By chance, do you have any kind of reference sheet with the various css classes, that you can share so we can try to make adjustments on our own?

Wouldn’t the catalog url be the specific url of your page, so something like:

https://www.yoursitename.com/your catalog page

I just had the same issue. You can correct it by adding the following css.

.upcp-thumb-item{ height: 300px; }

You need to open the catalog that you are using and add this to the css section of the catalog.

I added the css into the correct locvation in the catalog and it has corrected the issue. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for the clarification. No, I did not do that. I had added the CSS to the theme CSS tab, not the catalog.

I will go back and try it again and will advise.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, adding that css did not resolve the problem. I have changed the image file and even tried it without the image at all and the blank space still remains.

Any other suggestions?

Got this one figured out too. Didn’t realize the order is changed within the Categories tab. I was trying to do it in the Products tab.

That said, I still have a problem. If you look at my page https://appletechtalk.com/shop2/, you will see that the Cameras section has two blank spaces among the products. The interesting thing is, if I reorder the products Z-A, the blank spaces go away. Go back to A-Z sort and the spaces return.

Sorry for all of these questions but this is all pretty new to me.

Resolved

After doing some additional troubleshooting I deleted all of the products from the plug-in for a second time and now things appear to be working correctly so this appears to be solved.

I just installed your plug-in and it sounds like I am having the same problem. The message is formatted like this:

Notify me

when new

comments

are added

The check box is just to the right and slightly above the line that says Notify me.

I suspect this has something to do with my theme as I had a similar problem before with another plug-in.

I would rather not change the php file. Is there some css I can add that will correct this? Also is there a get the checkbox to be at the front of the text (similar to what is below here?

Thanks for the quick response. As I am fairly new to WordPress and CSS I’m wondering if there is a more generic form of CSS I can add to the plug in that I can apply to every table at once rather than entering this same CSS but changing the table and possibly the column number each time?

I follow-up with my hosting company again this morning as the problem persists. They claim they are still working on it.

Regarding the Apache logs, they pointed me to a folder in my WP-Contents director and said the Apache log is contained in it. I downloaded it from the server and looked through it but even I can tell this is not a server log file.

There is another folder called logs on the root level of my webspace and in there are a lot of different files, most labeled access.log.#.gz, some mail.log.#.gz and some traffic.db. Are any of these the ones you would need?
