All our apps are made to work with the Skysa bar. It makes more sense when you add more than one Skysa app, as they all show up on the single bar.

Our service is all based around the bar. It is the home for all our apps currently.

If you install the Skysa App Bar Integration plugin it will give you more bar style options, including the option to place the bar at the top of your site.

The settings are located in the Sub-menu labeled Twitter Follow under Skysa Bar Apps.

That Pin it option in your header is not part of our plugin.

I’m sorry you were disappointed with the service. At first setup we give you 15 days to try out our premium features to allow you a chance to see how they work before you make a commitment. That IM and Chat Rooms are resource intensive for the level of quality we provide and so we have to charge something for those. The entry level price we have kept as low as possible at $4.95/mo.

Data sent back to Skysa’s temp server by default periodically is primarily non-identifying statistics information. This is part of our usage tracking that allows you to see bar and app analytics. When member integration is enabled, a user’s name and avatar URL will be temporarily cached on our server to allow apps such as Instant Messaging and the Chat Room to work properly. Please check out our privacy policy for more details on how those interactive apps protect user’s privacy.

Thank you for bringing up the point regarding our domain. It does look like privacy was enabled on that domain from when it was first setup. We have removed it, so people can now look up our business information on the domain.

The Polls app button should display on a Skysa Bar at the bottom of your site. The button can be clicked to show the polls, and should automatically pop up new polls for the visitor to see. If you are still having issues with this, please link to your site so we can see what could be causing your issue.

This app won’t work for that. But we will take your suggestion and see if we can add an app like that in the near future.

Sorry, we didn’t see your post until now. We did update this plugin a while back to fix the errors in 3.5.

I understand that this may not be for you. But ideally it is meant to be used in conjunction with other Skysa Apps. If you add other Skysa apps (of which we have over 40 ones to choose from), they will all be available on the same bar. Plus, with our additional configuration options you can choose how the bar displays. It does not need to be across the entire bottom of our site. It can just sit in the corner for example. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of our product. We tried to be clear about what it does, including depicting exactly how it looks in the screenshots and providing links to what a Skysa App is.

Yes, it has been tested with both and we have found no issues.
