The “First Floor” element shown in the attachment includes old settings, and it seems that the delete option is not working. We recommend you leave the accordion empty without the floor name, so the accordion won’t be displayed. The element can be removed from the listing type settings (single listing section).

By doing so, you can use the same license on staging and live site at the same time.

Yes, it is recommended to install the plugin in a fresh WordPress environment. If it is not possible, kindly deactivate all of your third-party plugins first, and then try to install MasterStudy. After installing the plugin, you can activate all other plugins gradually.
