There should be no issue if it’s like you said, from one place you can and from the other you can’t.

The7 theme is a commercial theme, you need to ask your theme author for support.

I’d recommend marking the thread as resolved if no further issues persist.

I believe that you want a navigation menu as Jason mentioned, many plugins are available just search the plugin section.

I’d suggest exactly what Jesse mentioned except read the Codex on setting up WordPress in a basic way and make sure you follow the installation steps.

If you can upload images fine from one place and not from another then I recommend trying a different browser or contacting GoDaddy directly and asking them why you are receiving the HTTP error.

I’m not completely understanding the question, which functionality are you looking to integrate into your own WordPress website?

Are you running any plugins that may cause interference?

Also is this a new problem or something that has been happening since you exported your blog?

Which theme are you using? Have you tried using the default TwentySixteen theme to rule out theme related issues?

You can solve this easily by implementing some security measures so only certain people can even access that administrator page.
