I recommend trying to check that as well check your hosting limits if indeed you are maxed out on anything needed for uploading images.

If you don’t have administrator access you might be out of luck I’m afraid.

Make sure that the shared server you’re on isn’t running another 100 or so websites because load times can vary intermittently because of that.

I’d say contacting the theme author would be the best bet, it’s a commercial theme after all and he paid for it.

I’m sure they’d be more than happy to provide support.

It would be a much simpler solution to make the playlist using a plugin or use YouTube and set to autoplay playlist?

It could be the shared hosting I’m afraid, shared hosts are known for overloading and causing page load times to increase.

Have you tried checking the colors or changing them? I’m using the same tool.

It loads pretty well on my Android and my friends iPhone.

Have you tried utilizing JetPack plugin for it’s mobile/tablet features it offers?
