Additional information is presented here for the case where you are moving WordPress from one site to another, as this will also require changing the site URL. You should not attempt to use this additional information if you’re only attempting to correct a “broken” site.

Does it mean that this article will not help me fix the problem unless I move my files to a different URL ?

No, I don’t.
If I enter https://www.dandaremodeling.com/wp-login.php it takes me to some sort of log in access window which I’ve never came across before, and IT KINDA allows me to log in but it doesn’t take me to ADMIN but to HOME PAGE where MY FRONT PAGE is just scattered all over the place. However, I see a couple of tabs you normally see in admin panel but they’re not operative at all…it’s really weird.

IF I WERE ABLE TO LOG IN THE ADMINISTRATION I WOULD KNOW WHERE TO GO AND WHAT CHANGES TO MAKE….problem is I can’t get into ADMIN even though I have the right USER and PASS !

I also tried to enter https://dandaremodeling.com/?p=369/wp-admin which is the address I entered in the WORD PRESS ADDRESS from General Settings before I messed up but neither one seems to work.
