In reply to: [Zero BS Accounting] CategoriesHi,
Cool plugin! Love the simplicity.
But I need to edit or remove the default categories. Also, even if I added a new category, I can’t edit or remove my custom categories after added.

In reply to: [Popup Trigger URL for Elementor Pro] Popup isn’t displaying via the linkWhat trigger action link are you using? It’s recommended that you use the “open” trigger link.

In reply to: [Popup Trigger URL for Elementor Pro] Use URL for Google Analytics?I think GA will detect the URL with hash as the same URL as the original one. But maybe there is a configuration for this. You need to search on Google Analytics documentation.
By the way, you might want to try another method to track a button click that opens the popup. You can use GTM (Google Tag Manager) to track a button click and then record them in GA.

In reply to: [Popup Trigger URL for Elementor Pro] Use URL for Google Analytics? You could try this:
Combine the trigger URL (#elementor-action…) and the page URL, so it would look like this:
https://yourwebsite.com/current-page/#elementor-action…
You can paste this combined URL to the address bar. Once the page is loaded, it would display the popup automatically.

By the way, why not using Elementor’s Trigger options? You could open popup right after the page is loaded. This way, you can use a cleaner URL without the “#elementor-action…” part.

You’re welcome, William ??
We just released a new version (v1.0.5) which should have fixed the issue. Please check your page again after updated and flushed your cache (if any).

DavidHi @happyatom
Thanks for your feedback. There were a new change since Elementor Pro v2.10 which caused a bug on our “toggle” trigger URL.
We just released a new version v1.0.5 which should have fixed this issue. Please review your issue again.
Looks like there is a glitch from the new Elementor Pro version. We’re still inspecting this issue as well.
Please try this:
1. Create an Elementor page.
2. Add a new button and set the link to Dynamic > Actions > Popup and select your popup.
3. View the page and click the button.
4. Is it working well? Or does the popup also immediately disappear? Also, what “Display Conditions” that you set?

In reply to: [Popup Trigger URL for Elementor Pro] It’s created problemsThis is a FREE plugin to help you open popup outside Elementor (e.g. Menus, Text widget, etc.). The plugin doesn’t add new logic to open your popup. The plugin only reveals the trigger URL that Elementor generated under the hood.
For some reason, they don’t make the trigger URL available for copy-paste into other elements outside Elementor itself. That’s why we created this plugin to reveal the trigger URL so users could use it anywhere freely.
So if the popup can be opened using Elementor standard method (via Dynamic Action link), logically our trigger URL could open the popup as well.
If you have problems, it would be better to report an issue on our GitHub or write a support ticket in this forum. We would check your issue and try to figure out what’s the problem for FREE. If there is a bug or something to improve, we would also release an update immediately.
As for your issue:
1. Please check if the popup can be opened using Elementor’s Dynamic Action link. If not then it’s NOT this plugin’s issue. You might have wrong configuration on the popup’s Display Conditions.
2. Please check if you have copied the trigger URL of the popup correctly. Make sure you don’t copy the trigger URL from other popups.I hope this helps.

In reply to: [Popup Trigger URL for Elementor Pro] Open Popup via JavaScript or htmlHi @skepticp
You could try adding
<a href="...TRIGGER_URL...">Your link text</a>
into your embedded media. But there’s a chance that the link might not work because it’s inside the embedded iframe and Elementor might not detect the link.
Hi Kent,
I just tested your page on Chrome using iPhone and Android (Redmi Note 6 Pro), but it works perfectly. All the nested popups work.
I am not sure if this is a browser’s bug. But if this works on any other browser, then most likely it’s a browser’s bug.
Btw nice website! Classic Windows ??
Can you share your page URL? We just tested on our local development site, the URL still works fine along with Elementor 2.9.11.

In reply to: [Suki] Useless, update crashes WordPressHi Jens,
We have replied to your ticket with a detailed explanation of why the issue happened and provide a solution for you. Please check your email inbox.
Sorry if we’re not fast enough to give you the solution. You reported that you have error after updating to the latest Suki and Suki Pro version.
We have tried the update directly on your website and it looks fine from our end. Turns out the issue came from when using Custom Blocks module, not the Update process itself.
So “Update crashes WordPress” as you stated in this review is NOT true.
