I see the lazy load – when I scroll down the images load. but to check my theory about the problem in my browser I checked the site with another desktop and the lazy load was enabled there to !! even on the other site that I said has the lazy load on my desktop was active at the other one !! I don’t see how this is relevant but both sites are on the same theme – the other site is a demo of my theme, and if i’m correct the lazy load wasn’t active on other sites on different themes.

I just checked another site and saw it also has the lazy load which it never had and doesn’t even have this plugin installed. I think this problem has something to do with my browser.

This is weird because you can still see it on the site ?

Yes !! thank you !! it was pretty tricky to find but the images had a class=slide !! I’m a complete beginner in coding so I’m pretty shocked I actually managed. Thank you so much for your quick responses and creative ideas.

OK, I just needed to write without the .jpg ending. But the images frequently change, and to do it manually wouldn’t be so easy. is there a way to automate this ? and also it wouldn’t lazy load the image on the post to, which I want it to.
