Tobias Hi
Many thanks for taking the time to reply and advising of the position. I will have a play with html and css to see what can be done.
Kind regards

Hi, have updated to v1.1.5 and the website is working ????
Rolled back to v1.1.3 and all OK
PHP version for me is 7.4
Yep, same here. Updated to 1.1.4 and the site no longer works.
Renamed plugin folder to …-OLD and site is working again.
????
Many thanks for your quick replies, Deip.Brill! Thanks for the link. With a bit of trial and error of the CSS, I’ve got the thumbnail displayed as I need.
One last question, for now ??, I have one website and a test/staging site where things are built/tested before moving to the live site. Both sites are under the same domain. If I went for the Pro version of DearFlip, how much would the licence be for this setup?
(Apologies for the different questions under one topic.)
Deip Hi
You are absolutely right! My apologies. When you mentioned that it could be the theme, I realised what I needed to change.
I have [dflip id=”nnnn” type=”thumb”][/dflip] in the post to display a thumbnail, which the user clicks to display the pdf. Is it possible to change the size of this thumbnail?

Thanks for your reply.
As I understand, right now in the free version the rules are applying for the all PDFs in your WP directory, and you want to protect only specific folder’s PDF files.
Kind of.
In the plugin, I selected to protect pdfs so all the pdfs across the website are protected. As it happens, all the pdf files are in various folders that sit under the wp-content folder. It wouldn’t be an issue to move the two pdfs to a separate folder outside the wp-content folder and unprotect that separate folder. It would be great if this were possible with the free version of your plugin however I fully understand if you said that this option falls under your Premium version. Unfortunately, even though I recognise all the time, effort, and skills that go into creating and supporting a plugin, the website is for a non-profit organisation and your Premium version is out of reach. Thanks for your support

In reply to: [Prevent files / folders access] File exception to global restriction?Hi
I’m using the free Prevent Files / Folders Access plugin to prevent pdfs being accessed unless the person is logged into the website. As almost all the pdfs are in the members’ area, it wouldn’t be a problem. However, there were two pdfs on the main public page and I wondered if the plugin has an option to allow for these pdfs to be accessed without being logged in.
While a file exception option is probably the easiest answer, to get around it I’ve replace the pdfs with popups however I’d be grateful if you can advise on the possibility of the file exception option in the free version of the plugin.

In reply to: [Download Manager] No downloads foundHi
Quick question… is the download history available in the basic plugin or do I need an add-on?
Many thanks
Resolved by Dhruv. Thanks.
Great service!
Hi Team miniOrange ??
Thanks for the quick reply!
Both the main and test sites are on the same Apache server v2.4.46.
I’ve replied to Dhruv’s email and provided a few more details and .htaccess content.
