Hi @jennyrigsjo
Thanks for the reply. I understand much better now. It definitely helped. I have seen the Account menu and I see that I shouldn’t assign another menu to the location.
Thanks again.
DaydahHi there,
I don’t know who marked this as resolved but I just spent the last three days poring through the Astra theme files trying to locate this same Logged In Account Menu.
Of course I did not find it.
Please mark this resolved only after the Astra team have either removed the bug or they have given it a function.
Thank you.Hi mrwaimanwong,
Sorry you are having this issue. From what I know, VPC’s speed actually depends on several factors, including the size of the images used in the options, and even on whether the server you are using meets the minimum requirements VPC needs to run efficiently.I have checked the site you need help with and the error I came across is linked to your theme’s JS assets:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot use ‘in’ operator to search for ‘Object’ in undefined
at https://staging.rextrophies.com/wp-content/themes/rextrophies/assets/js/vendor.min.js?ver=1553628889:1Perhaps there is a conflict? I usually try one of the default themes if I come across such issues, to see if it is the same error I get.
I advise you do the same, and also ensure that the staging server you are using meets the VPC plugin requirements. Above all, I advise that you reach out to support via the website live chat.
Please let me know how things go.- This reply was modified 5 years, 5 months ago by daydah. Reason: Reference to plugin developer's support added

In reply to: site health checkHi @ddmmdit
Sorry you are experiencing this.
Both issues are linked to cURL, which is a library that your server should have installed and activated, for WordPress to work optimally.
I suggest you contact your server provider about both errors.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: No Images ImportedDo you have FTP access to both sites? If yes, then I suggest you
- Access this path : public_html/wp-content/uploads,
- Download every folder inside the “uploads” folder
- Upload them to the same location (wp-content/uploads) on your new site

In reply to: Cannot find “title image setting” nowPerhaps the latest OceanWP update may not have been compatible with WordPress 5.2. Siteground should have a regular backup facility for you.
If yes, I suggest that you ask them to roll back your site to a day before you updated the theme.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Cannot find “title image setting” nowHello @packel
It will help if we had more details from you.
I am thinking this may have to do with your theme.
What is the name of your theme? Did you update it recently?
What version is your WordPress installation? Is it self-hosted?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: No Images ImportedHi @nubiesan
Sorry you are having this issue.
What error do you get from the server? Please can you state the versions of the two WordPress installations (where you are importing from and where to)?
