Hello There!

1)do we add the encryption key that we set up in General settings for decrypt backup ?

2)I am sending it to the online data base– what is the procedure to RESTORE from there? I dont understand sql and some of the other lingo. Is there an easy step by step procedure?

I am not techie and most of this is Greek to me (so to speak).

I want to back up my site so I can restore it if needed–easily. WOuld this be easy?

Question: what happens when it is full? Does it automatically delete the oldest backup or does it stop backing up? Will I get a message that this has happened?

Question 2-Is their any support for restoring a site? Or do you have suggestions?

This looks like the best plug in I have come across and I have spent hours on this lately. I hope I found a home!

Thanks for this review! I have spent hours working with backups and researching. They can be very complicated.
I saw this one, installed but hesitated to log in because it seems too good to be true!

I will try that! I already uninstalled and reinstalled

I also installed it on 2 other sites and it is working fine.
Probably a weird setting somewhere.

I can access the plugin dashboard. But I didnt quit understand where the links would be other than at the top.

Hello There!
I am a non-techie newbie. I installed this plugin as part of Matt Garrets Blogdefender.
He takes us through the tabs at the top and does fine on the video, but I cannot access and of them.

I get a page that says I “dont have sufficient permission”.
I see others have this problem.

Is there an easy way to fix it it? It looks like an amazing plugin!
