Hi @camillejg,
Thanks for writing to us!
The issue you mentioned is not reproducible on our end and the Gutenberg “restore” feature is working as expected.
Could you check if there is a third party plugin that you may have installed which is causing this issue? If it still happens after you disable other plugins, please send us screenshots of the issue along with a HAR file for us to debug to our support email [email protected].
Best Regards!
Hi @rayeason ,
The non-Hubspot form capture only works when there is an actual form submission. It is possible that your form provider is filtering out such entries hence you’re not seeing them.
A better way to prevent such false submissions would to to enable captcha in your form to prevent form submissions by bots in the first place. You may use Hubspot forms directly and benefit from such features.
Please refer to this article for more details.
Best Regards!
Hi @rayeason ,
Thanks for writing to us!
There does appear to be a contact form that has a class name “wpcf7” on your website.
Hubspot has a default feature that helps collect non-Hubspot form submissions.
In case you wish to turn this feature off, you can go to Hubspot.com?> settings > Tools > Forms > Non-Hubspot forms > Turn off

Hi @name1user,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can embed a Hubspot for directly onto your website using the embed code.
Marketing > Lead capture > Forms > Hover on required form > Edit > Embed > Copy Embed code and add the HTML to your website.
That said, the plugin offers a range of features that would help avoid manual work for you. If you let us know the problems you are facing with the plugin, we could suggest some solutions.Best Regards!
Hi @wordna,
Since there isn’t any impact on the plugin functionality, I am marking this as resolved.
We will look into the performance impact as part of our backlog in future.Best Regards!

Could you let us know if you’re facing any issue with the plugin due to this error? Are you able to login to Hubspot & connect the plugin?
