Hi @nicohood
You can manually add the Hubspot script from your Hubspot settings.
Your portal > Gear icon on top right > Account Setup > Tracking & Analytics > Tracking codeBest Regards!
We don’t do this by default for all Firefox users since there are some plugin features for which you would be redirected to hubspot.com if cookies are disabled.
Yes, this will work once you connect the plugin. Please try with cookies enabled/disabled or a different browser as suggested earlier and let us know if you’re still seeing the issue.
You can use the tracking code from Hubspot and manually add it to your website but it is suggested to use the plugin for ease of management. You can also use meetings and forms Gutenberg/Elementor blocks that the plugin provides instead of manually copying custom code.
Best Regards!
Hi @nicohood
Sorry to see you leave.
Just so you know, you may choose to completely disable third party cookies and the plugin would work. The total cookie protection in Firefox is something in between and is causing issue in the plugin.
You may also consider visiting Hubspot directly for your use cases.
Once again, sorry for the inconvenience caused!Best Regards!
Hi @nicohood
Did the solution work for you?
We have this item in our plans for the future. However, it may not be something that we release in the short term. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi @nicohood,

DebHi @manishamakhija,
The form submission is working as expected whenever I try as an external visitor.
Could you record a HAR file of an instance when the form submission is unsuccessful? That could help debug the issue.
Also, please check if you have any anti-spam plugin installed that is preventing the submissions.
Refer to this link has some FAQs.Best Regards!
Hi @ghinamt,
Thanks for sending the details.
Could you confirm if you have disabled 3rd party cookies in the browser? Some of the menu items in the plugin require 3rd party cookies for functioning. Also, please clear the browser cookies and cache and retry.
If it still does not work, please send us an email to [email protected] with some screenshots and a HAR file for debugging.
Please refer to this link for more details on collecting a HAR file.
Best Regards!
Hi Manisha,
Thanks for writing to us.
I created a test entry in the form and it did get captured and sent to Hubspot as expected.
Could you confirm if you’re searching in the right portal?
The form should get tracked as non-hubspot form “.wpcf7-form, .contact_form_identifier_hubspot, .submitting”
You could also enable a notification for form submissions for debugging.
Please refer to https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/use-non-hubspot-forms.Best Regards!
