In reply to: [WP Migrate Lite - WordPress Migration Made Easy] SQL dump incompleteHi @sebuser,
Thanks for providing further information!
Could you please try and temporarily deactivate all other plugins except WP Migrate and switch to a default theme then retry the migration to check for any compatibility issues?
If you also have any firewalls / security setting in place, please also try and temporarily deactivate those.
Please also confirm if there were any errors found on the diagnostic information of the plugin.
Looking forward to hearing back.
Hi @stender89 ,
May we know if you are also including the wp_postmeta table? I did some few tests, and I thought texts weren’t getting replaced. After some digging I saw that Elementor also posts data in the wp_postmeta table.

In reply to: [WP Migrate Lite - WordPress Migration Made Easy] SQL dump incompleteHi @sebuser ,
WP Migrate Support Team here. Thanks for reaching out with your query, we would be happy to assist!
We would like to check if you have any server limitations that could be affecting the migration (e.g. max upload size, max post size, etc.). Would you be able to send us the debugging information from the Help tab on the site that you are having issues in?
- Go to the Help tab of your local install
- Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info & Error Log”
- Click the “Download” button and save to your computer
- Reply to this thread with the contents of the diagnostic file. You may remove any sensitive information.
Also, is debugging activated on your site? Do you see any errors in your debug.log file that could be related to the issue?
Hi,
WP Offload Media Support Team here, thanks for reaching out with your question, we would be happy to help.
Upon checking the DigitalOcean Spaces documentations, it seems that London (LON1) was just added this last Sunday (Aug. 29, 2024).
https://www.digitalocean.com/blog/digitalocean-spaces-now-available-in-london
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I have now contacted our dev team regarding this.
They have now added this on our roadmap and will be an option in a future release, but would need to run a few tests first. There is no ETA yet, but we will be sure to notify you for any updates regarding this.
Feel free to message us anytime if you need further assistance.
Thank you.Hi,
WP Offload Media Support Team here. Thanks for reaching out with your query, we would be happy to assist!
This depends on your settings, if you have ‘Remove Local Media’ enabled, then you would need to re-download these images back into your server first before uninstalling.
Because if you uninstall first without re-downloading your media files, then all of your media files will show up as missing (since they are only in your bucket).
If you do not have ‘Remove Local Media’ enabled, then uninstalling the plugin would not have any effect on your site. Your media files could stay in your bucket, but the media URL re-writing would not happen as the plugin is uninstalled.
Kindly let us know if you have any further questions,
Thank you.Forum: Plugins

Thank you for the suggestion! have now mentioned this to our dev team.
They have now added this as a feature request,
if this feature gets enough votes, our dev team may consider adding it in a future version.

Thank you.Hi @chawake,
Could you please confirm if you are using the pro version of the plugin? If yes, please note that supporting paid plugins on the www.ads-software.com forum is not allowed. Instead, could you please create a ticket using our support forum via our plugin so we can look into it further?
Please also add a link to this thread so that we get the additional information from here.
All integrations including BuddyBoss Integration are part of the core WP Offload Media plugin and are available to all license holders.

At the moment, we don’t have a way to change this. The?
sites/{ID}
?segment is part of what we consider to be the?prefix?of the target path and can’t be changed.I hope this isn’t too much of an inconvenience. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Just for confirmation, could you provide us with an example subject that you are receiving when errors have been encountered with WP Offload SES? And do you get this email notification when Offload SES fails to send an email?
Looking forward to your response!
Hi @wbeaumo ,
Thanks for the feedback. We’ll let our dev team know about this. If we get enough requests for this feature we may consider adding it in a future version of Better Search Replace.
Hi @hvacgrowthlab ,
Thank you for providing that workaround, it definitely helps!

Hi,
WP Offload Media Support Team here, Thanks for reaching out with your query we would be happy to assist.
Cubbit DS3 seems to be S3-compatible, so you might be able to get it working by referring to this guide:
https://deliciousbrains.com/s3-compatible-storage-provider-minio/
?
However, since we don’t have integration with Cubbit DS3, we won’t be able to provide any support when using it for WP Offload Media lite (or pro).
?
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with,

If your site is hosted on an Amazon EC2 instance, you can use an IAM Role: https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-offload-media/doc/amazon-s3-quick-start-guide/#iam-roles
Can you kindly confirm if the role uses the
AmazonS3FullAccess
policy? Using this policy helps avoid potential problems when first setting up WP Offload Media, but you may also use a Custom IAM Policy instead. We look forward to your response.
Hi there,
WP Offload Media Support Team here, Thanks for reaching out with your query we would be happy to assist.
That error usually means that somebody else is making changes to WP Offload Media at the moment but if it’s been like that for a while or no one else is working on the site then another possibility is that the REST API results are being cached somehow.
The warning may also be displayed if there’s a problem with the REST API itself. One such problem can be that the requests to the REST API are cached and the data returned is outdated.
One of our customers was able to resolve this by disabling their cache plugin. If you have one or something similar installed, it may be worth trying that as well. Another thing to try when you have a caching plugin/tool is to disable caching for REST API or for admin users. You could also check your Site Health and check if REST API is passing.
If the issue persists, we would suggest checking your browser’s debugging console to see if there are any errors reported when this occurs. For instructions on how to do this, see?https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-migrate-db-pro/doc/debugging-browser-console-errors/.Also, please send us the debugging information from the Support tab on the site you’re having trouble with.
- Go to the Support tab of your install
- Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info & Error Log”
- Please copy the info and share it here, or provide the URL if you upload the info on a site
Please feel free to hide any sensitive info you might find there. We’d like to check your current site’s configuration, maybe there’s a configuration and/or plugin that could be causing this.
We look forward to hearing back.

In reply to: [Better Search Replace] Removing Divi code from postsHi @tomgerber,
Better Search Replace Support Team here. Thanks for reaching out with your query! We would be happy to assist.
It’s possible that part of the Divi code could be saved in the database as HTML entities (e.g.,
<
,>
for<
and>
). So what you’re seeing in the editor might be different from the database content. Please also watch out for the quotes used (like
”
or″
) as they may not match regular quotes ("
). These could affect why the code isn’t matching. We hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes!
