Thank you for your reply, i’ve checked the link you provided and found this:

Static front pages are not intended to be paged. None of the WordPress Previous / Next page link functions work with a static front page. Pagination on a static front page uses the page query variable, not the paged variable. See the WP_Query for details.”
But, the Post Grid plugin seems to work just fine with pagination in our static page, i wonder why your plugin cannot achieve such thing if that plugin can.
Besides, the read more feature doesn’t make ads as efficient as if there was pagination, since the user simply scrolls down to the bottom instead of loading a new page with all the ads in place.
