Arghh, the profile link is not working, crap. Essentially, to describe it, I would like the slider to be variable width but keep the length (height) consistent whether it is portrait or landscape. On the left and right ends, I would like the images to show about half of what is there with a fade. Please see the screen captures.

As you can see, the second one looks choppy almost like a jack olantern smile.

Oh alright, now that is different. I was under the impression that you guys were using a SaaS model which just seemed odd to me. But ok, that is totally different. I will place my order today. Now, onto my question about using the Image Mapster plugin to select the resource, the plugin itself allows you to set the behavior in the following manner:

Mouse Event can open a popup window, to a tooltip, or link to an existing post, page, or URL. Email me privately and I will provide you an image to show you the options @ bbcompent1 AT Hotmail dot com.

I just took a look at the pricing structure. While it looks like this plugin would be great, my issue is having to pay $19 every month. I am hosting this on my server; exactly why should I be forced to pay month after month? If it was remotely hosted, I could understand the SaaS model.

I figured out where the modification would need to be done. Where it says “Please Select a service”, that is where the Image Mapster plug in would be. I definitely plan on buying the plug in because it looks like it will do what I need. I just will need some help tweaking it to work with my workflow.

Ok, now more about the imagemap plugin I am talking about. Image Mapster lets you set up an imagemap that in turn would allow you to go to different places on a web site as a link.

The mapster plugin displays a picture of some object with regions marked out. Each region would take you to a different link on the web site.

So, what I would like is to display the calendar as you describe, then when the user clicks the date in question, it takes them to the Image Mapster page. From there, they can click on the VIP table region that is available. I plan to use some CSS and a MySQL query to black out the tables that are already booked. They click on an available table and that in turn takes them to the registration screen.
