There was no theme option for it. I had to adapt the code to make it work. I was able to get it figured out. I appreciate the help.

I got access to the hosting and was able to replace the functions.php file with no problem. Everything is back up and running. Thanks again for the assistance and recommendations.

The lines were deleted from the parent theme’s file. It wasn’t the whole file that was deleted, just a couple of lines that are pretty important apparently.

I am still working on getting access to the hosting. I really appreciate the help.

I don’t believe there were any customizations to that file. I have the original functions.php file/code, but I have no access to my dashboard or back page at all. It is all gone. I am still waiting for the hosting information from my manager, who is currently out of town.

The child theme normally does kick in if there is an issue, but this time everything just disappeared.

I did not have any backup files for the customizations made, but I do have all of the theme files.

There were plenty of customizations made. I deleted a couple lines of code referencing the “title” in attempt to get rid of the page title bar, and everything was gone.
