Exactly the same issue – i.e. “Submitted URL marked ‘noindex'”. How do I resolve this issue on a WordPress site running a Thesis Theme with the Effectus skin please?

OK thanks for the prompt response. I will take a look.
I wonder if I configure your plugin whilst logged in to Google Developers Console as [email protected] for the Google Authentication process if it would overcome the problem?
In the meantime – HostGator have finally responded to my ticket (took them 3 days) and white-listed port 465 so, as an interim measure, I have reactivated the old WP-Mail-SMTP plugin and everything is working the way it used to with email confirmations from website forms having a reply address as [email protected].
Forms from Fast Secure, Calculated Fields and Gravity Forms are no longer freezing as Postman SMTP found an open port for email oftere host closure of port 465 (for SMTP) caused frozen forms.
Thanks for your help – doing another ticket to HG. I think that the freeze problem is now solved as the Postman Plugin is sucesfully using 443.
Yes perhaps another ticket may wake them up – services is woeful.
Yes posted a ticket a few days ago – no response. Got on chat with HostGator and they said that they would investigate and get back – nothing. Sat on chat with HG again waiting with screen saying 0 minutes for answer but gave up after waiting an hour. Needless to say I am not a big fan of Hostgator!!
Hi mbrsolution,
No changes that I am aware of. It seems that port 465 has, for some reason unknown to me, has been blocked (site hosted on a shared business account at Hostgator). I have disabled WP-Mail-SMTP (used without incident for years on port 465) as it does not seem to be supported any longer and installed Postman SMTP Plugin which I now have working (interesting that ports 25, 465 & 587 are all blocked – the cause of freezing of all forms on the site. I am struggling to get email responses to clients to come from our managers email address (google apps email) rather than my own which was used to set up the Plugin and authenticate with Google.
