In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Delete all jobsHi, @delacroixed! You can use “Bulk Actions” in WP Admin > Job Manager > Job Listings. Specifically, you can select listings in bulk then apply “Move to Trash.”

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Textarea fields do not maintain formattingHi, @meushar! Can you let us know more about what you mean by this?
the editor has a ‘preformatted” option to paste text.
I tried to view the link you shared, but I got the following message: “Sorry, but you do not have permission to view this content.”
In any case, by default, pasting text into WP Job Manager forms does not apply any previous styling. We have an open feature request for rich-text styling here:
https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/issues/2076
There’s also some code there that may help you, but please be advised that we cannot support the code on that page. You would be using it at your own risk.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Job description in markdown@delacroixed WP Job Manager already has some built-in formatting options you can use when posting job descriptions. I’m curious, is there any reason you’d prefer formatting with markdown instead?

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Function to deactivate an active listing@braehler We don’t currently have a solution for that, but it may be possible with custom code.
Hi, Jonah (@jonahstaehler)! We’re not very familiar with the code for the Elementor Connector plugin as we didn’t develop it. Instead, I’d recommend that you reach out to the add-on developer, if you haven’t done so already:

They will be in the best position to assist you with your issue.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] wpjm job alert shortcode to subscribeHi, @flamuren!
Are you using the WP Job Manager Job Alerts add-on? If so, please use the support form here (while logged-in), so we can assist you over email:

@nazmul999 For now, by default, there’s no way to have a separate featured image. This is because the logo is the featured image.
One option you can look into is to hide one of the images using CSS. This issue is being discussed in this GitHub issue, where you can find other workarounds others have shared.
@kzncraig Email support is available with a paid license, so please feel free to reach out if you have one. Otherwise, we’re happy to continue helping here.
This is a live environment so I cannot easily disable plugins and change theme. The troubleshoot option is not available.
The Health Check?plugin recommended earlier enables you to deactivate plugins and the theme without affecting how it appears to users. Once that is installed and active on the site, you should be able to click Troubleshoot on Sensei.
Alternatively, you can create a staging version of your client’s site where you should be able to troubleshoot more thoroughly. Many hosts provide a?staging?service, where you can do testing without affecting the live?site. You can ask your host about this.?
If they don’t give you a?staging?site, you could try WP?Staging?or Duplicator:

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] WP Job Manager [jobs] shortcodeHi, @wpfsebr! Can you let me know which parameters you are adding to the [jobs] shortcode? I just tried this on a test site, and the [jobs] shortcode with parameters still works as expected.
Can you check if your shortcode might be wrapped in any HTML tags? To check, you can view the page content in HTML mode and remove any formatting surrounding the shortcode.

In reply to: [Regenerate Thumbnails] Medium size gets marked as old@naturfreundeschweiz Before changing the size of the medium thumbnail in your functions.php file, can you let me know if you already tried changing it just from WP Admin > Settings > Media? If not, can you see if that makes a difference?
@hoanguyenn2015 Sensei LMS is highly customizable, so even if the exact features you’re looking for might not be possible by default, you can try using custom code.
@fooey You mentioned, “You do get a warning that it failed verifying.” What is the exact error/notice you see? Can you share a screenshot or, better yet, a screen recording that shows the steps you are taking until you see the warning? You can use a file-sharing service to share it with us.
It would also be helpful to know your exact settings from Google’s ReCAPTCHA admin dashboard. Do you have the checkbox or an Invisible reCAPTCHA badge?
I see we’ve already resolved your issue. Thanks for reporting back too!
