Is there a list of characters that are not acceptable?
Is there anyway to find out which product is it? There are 2000 items so it’s going to be hard to narrow down.
Hi,
I’ve updated the plugin and removed the description but still see the error. I’m happy to provide the feed however I do not want to share that publicly and don’t see a way to create a private link.
I don’t see any logs specific to this plugin. Was there something you were looking for specifically?
Thanks.

In reply to: change “blog” in URL of single posts@west7 THANK YOU! I wondered if the multi-site set up had changed that but didn’t realize there was a settings area for each site.
For anyone in the future reading this, here is the fix:
From Network admin > Sites edit the site in question and got to the settings tab. Look for Permalink structure and change /blog/%postname% to /%postname% (adjust for your permalink structure).

In reply to: change “blog” in URL of single postsHi @west7,
It’s currently set to “/blog/sample-post/”. In the optional section below, the ‘category base’ and ‘tag base’ have ‘/blog’ hard coded – meaning it cannot be changed. I had this set to “events” before but some update has changed it and I don’t know how to change it back.
Thanks.
Hi Jess,
Paypal is working as expected. I want and need it to add GST. The problem is: the form says the item is $100 for example. When it goes to Paypal, it adds tax of 5% so the total comes to $105. When that number is sent back to the WordPress site, the forms plugin see’s the numbers don’t match and shows the transaction as “failed”. It hasn’t actually failed though. So then, the site administrator does NOT get a notification showing a transaction occurred. So it “kinda” works but now there is a manual piece involved of trying to match up transactions and going into the site everyday to check on sales. I think it could be a very simple fix so I’m hoping you can put this on the roadmap.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Autoptimize] pagespeed insights – defer css in autoptimize fileSorry, I also forgot to mention I am not using the critical.css power-up. Given that the desktop speeds are at 100% and the mobile is at 76% – will adding this really help much more? As I said, there are no other opportunities on the mobile side listed.

In reply to: [Autoptimize] pagespeed insights – defer css in autoptimize fileOk thanks. I am using inline and defer right now. I configured that using the method from wpfaster. This is the only remaining item listed under opportunities so if we can’t “fix” this, I guess we can’t really get the score much higher?
Thanks for the quick response! Sorry, I should clarify: The product in the order has an attribute attached to it but when I use the attribute filter in the export, that order doesn’t show up.
