Hi Oscar, I have done some more digging and read the article you sent from woocommerce. Turns out the GeoLite2 requires a minimum PHP version of 5.4 anD i think my site is less than this. It is very important I get the geolocation feature, have you got an old version of the plugin that I could re-install as a short term fix?

It says on woocommerce “The whole process is automatic and no further action is needed on the store owner’s part to keep geolocation working correctly.”

I havent actaully installed the woocommerce version 3.4 yet could this be why?

Thank you very much for your response. That explains it much more clearer to me.

I have tried option 1, but as I am currently in the UK I cannot detect if the geolocation is working/if it shows the currency as dollars for US customers. I will have to wait to find out.

If not, I will have to look into the option 2.

Hi Oscar, thats great – wasn’t aware of this. So this will show the currencies as opposed to countries? I’ll take a further look

So i’ve done a bit more digging – found out I need to change the option ‘values’ – please can you advise how I can do this/where?

I’m aware of those errors, the theme developer assisted me with them before but now I’ve done the update they have come back. I think they are to do with the themes in the css files though.

I’ve just tried switching to a default theme and the products are all back in line then so guess this means it’s a theme issue?

urgent help required please

Just installed that but completly crashed my site so had to de-activate the plugin in order to get my site back live. Must be conflicting with other plugins maybe?

I have just put a flat rate shipping option for those countries now as could not resolve.

I am still having another issue where plugin rates are inconsistent to when I book a delivery on UPS.

UPS price shows as ￡37.99 on website but actually come out on UPS as ￡53.31 + ￡10.70 vat.

Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Tools tab
then click “delete orphaned variations” and “clear product transients”. I think I should have suggested this as the first thing to try.

Deleted the post meta data but this hasn’t solved the issue – still getting the error saying invalid or duplicated SKU.

Theres an option to clear trashed post could this be an option?
