Well problem fixed.
My hubby advised me that I needed to extract files from the zip folders in my cPanel file manager.
I’ve never dealt with a zip folder before and so as this may seem like an obviouse step, to most but not all.

and I stumbled into the sommerce Help/how-to information among the downloaded information in the documentation folder as a Windows Internet Explorer file.

I am new to this as well and after doing the download this is what listed:

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name Description
Sommerce_Premium_WordPress_Theme Stylesheet is missing.

Baby step help please as I know nothing about what/where to look for the missing stylesheet.
