Are you running iThemes Security, because that plugin appears to be experiencing similar issues. When I removed the plugin, it did resolve on some of my sites, but not all. Really odd.
I am having similar issues, in fact the upgraded version appears to be playing up with cURL or at least giving false positives about the SSL certificate. Please fix asap, it’s causing all my sites havoc.
Is it a safe option to progressively convert the tables to INNODB.
And is the correct procedure simply to click each table one by one in
WP_OPTIMIZE> DATABASE > TABLES > CONVERT TO INNODBMany thanks.

Hiya, I also have the same problem.
The Subscriber does not receive a Confirmation Email to allow them to double opt-in.
I am using the Mailpoet3 sending method.

Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin: https://domain.name
to the top of the .htaccess file.
In all fairness, I have no idea whether this original issue was caused by CBX CHANGELOGS or by some other plugin, but I now have access to CBX, and it certainly is a 5 start plugin!
