Hi Darian,

I made a copy of the site and moved it to a subdomain. I found that changing the permalinks did not make a difference, however putting the php back to 7.4.33 did fix the error.

But is that really a good idea? Isn’t this version too old? Shouldn’t Event Calendar make the plugin up to date to at least 8.0?

Ok… maybe a very silly question, but does that mean that the name and password to the databases remain the same as well? Are only the contents of the databases replaced, but not the credentials?

I’ve had all plugins disabled and issue still there, so it must be the theme. I’m using Divi, which is a widely used theme.

I really hope you can find a fix for this!

The url indeed changed to: https://lambertushof.webalist.eu/alle-onderwerpen-kinderen/, but the sticky element (side menu) is present on a lot of other pages as well. Hope you can fix the bug!

Also, I’m trying to find out how to configure the shortcodes. I see no option added to the preview mode (yes, I’ve read the docs). How can I see the list of items to add to the shortcode?

My client has the same issue on her site! Although on her site the plugin keeps asking for a required billing address . Did you find a solution by any chance?

Ok, that explains our confusion.

I have another issue I’m trying to sort out. On several websites the logfiles show ‘connection time-out’ errors all in the same time frame of 3-4 weeks. Before there were no issues and last weeks all mails were sent just fine. So within the 3-4 weeks something happened and I’m trying to find out what.

Is this purely a server issue? Or could it have been a temporary plugin conflict? Any ideas?
