Hi,
A quick look at the provided page shows that your internal links are working as shown here, and Speaker name is also getting linked to the Speaker post.

Perhaps link indexing was thing running at the time you checked.

Please confirm once again and let me know if the issue has been resolved.

Yes it does. Simply make sure to add products to the list of whitelisted post types under Internal Links > Settings > Content. Then proceed with adding your keywords as usual.
