The free and basic plugin has a maximum size of 500mb so it’s your upload file or download file is larger than 500mb it fails at 98%.
So the solution to your problem if it is over 500mb is to pay for the extension that is available through the plugin home page or contact support.
Here’s the link to the extension, ask support to confirm my message firs it’s not cheap.

My provider deleted my wordpress install, the malware blacklistesd the install and removed it so I cannot ulock to move it or have another go.

A comment like “it’s ok, don’t worry” and another favourite of yours is “You can ignore it and we can make sure that file is safe.” is not doing anything for your street credibility!
We, your clients! Need reassurances that your code can’t be hacked or maliciously manipulated IN ANY WAY! and that there is absolutely no chance whatsoever of anyone ever hacking in to the effected page code and php files. We demand you prove without any question left that our websites will remain uncompromised by any of your plugins. NOTHING ELSE WILL DO!
Simply saying it’s “ok” or it’s the Malware or Antivirus fault is not good enough reassurance any more.
Sales will be down over this issue and the more of us complain the better. YOU should sort it out NOW!
The support is rubbish by the way, the takes ages to get a reply to questions for help, if they reply at all. It took them 5 hours to reply to this review though,, hmmmm now that was fast!:)
By the way they still didn’t refund me my money, so Buyer beware!
