Please can someone respond to this problem? It’s so frustrating not knowing when it will post correctly or not ??

I’m having the same problem.

It worked well for the first 2 months after I installed it and then suddenly some posts started appearing on FB with only the link and name, no image. When this happened I tried to pull the Url directly from my website to post but it wouldn’t work either. The only thing that seems to work was using a bit.ly or shortlink code from hootsuite to manually insert the link again.

Please could you let me know how to fix it or what’s going wrong?

I’m having the same problem. It has been working perfectly for 2 months and suddenly it only publishes the link and name without an image or structure, which looks terrible. Please help? I like the plugin but will be forced to change it if I can’t resolve the issue soon.
