I know you do free support, but its difficult to disable a caching plugin for 4-5 days.
I disable the whole plugin now till your next answer.
Cache is deleted.I disable all options and then the plugin. Don’t help… ??

As a solution for the problem here: is it thinkable to use a normal “next page” button with the name: “calc your quote NOW” and show the calculated value on next page?

Also the HTML in the footer is align to the right by default
