You could replace the current podcasting-feed.php file with the original you probably have somewhere as a backup. If you don’t have a backup, download the original plugin again and replace the file.
You could also delete the directory ‘podcasting’. That way WP will not see the plugin anymore and deactivates it automaticly.
That way you can at enter your site again.
